Hayley Orantia is American actress, musician and singer. Many people recognize her character Erica Goldberg in the comedy television show 'The Goldbergs'. The main focus of her is the performer. According to her, music is always been her primary love. When she was 12, she took music seriously enough to begin training professionally. After experimenting with writing songs, she recorded her first album of songs at age fourteen. Since then there has been never a moment to rest. Orrantia was born in America but with Hispanic roots. While she has never lived in or spoken Spanish in Mexico She is extremely proud of her Hispanic heritage. She tries to maintain it through learning to speak Spanish as well as writing songs using the language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics which she recorded is an illustration. Orrantia auditioned for The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia auditioned, and was selected through YouTube videos and got an average of four "yeses," from judges at Seattle at the time of live auditions. Her initial audition was for solo performance, but during the "Hollywood Week" she was paired along with three female vocalists to form a trio during the remainder of the auditions. The group was eliminated at the fifth week in the Live performance.
